The process starts with cleaning the surface and fixing any cracks. We also ensure the surface slopes correctly so water drains away. Then we apply a strong liquid or sheet membrane that bonds tightly to the surface, forming a seamless barrier. Every seam, edge, and penetration is reinforced to prevent weak spots. Balcony Membrane Installation
In Tsawwassen, we install two main types of balcony membranes: liquid-applied polyurethane and reinforced PVC sheets.
