Warm Walls Lower Bills

We attach rigid insulation boards to the outer sheathing. Then, we install a ventilated rainscreen and new siding on top. This keeps the wall cavity warm, blocks moisture, and reduces energy use.
Maple Ridge has heavy rain and cold winters that challenge a home’s exterior. Without good insulation, moisture can get behind the siding, causing rot and mold, while heat escapes through the walls.
