Stop Cold Air Leaks
When cold air gets through your siding and walls, your furnace has to work harder. Exterior insulation solves this by wrapping your home in a layer of thermal protection.
We put rigid foam or mineral wool panels over your existing sheathing and then cover them with new siding. This stops cold air from getting in and helps lower your energy bills.
Fleetwood has many older wood-frame homes that often lack the insulation needed for cold, damp winters. Without good insulation, exterior walls can become cold spots, raising heating costs and causing moisture problems.

You need a building permit before starting exterior insulation work under the Surrey Building Bylaw, 2012, No. 17850. The owner must get any necessary permits before changing or replacing materials. An inspection is required before the insulation is covered up.
Exterior insulation work that makes noise is limited to 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. in Surrey under the Noise Control By-law, 1982, No. 7044. For-profit construction is not allowed on Sundays unless you get written approval.
