Many homes in South Surrey were built in the 1990s, often with acrylic finishes over one-coat systems. This can hide small cracks until water has been leaking for months. Fixing those cracks early prevents a small exterior repair from turning into a big tear-off later.
Stucco repair methods
In South Surrey, we repair stucco by cutting away damaged areas to reach the metal lath and building paper. We then attach new galvanized lath with corrosion-resistant staples.
